In a information furnished by Joint Secretary Foreign Affairs ministry it revealed that selection of media persons to go along with PM in his foreign trip is done by PM office itself . List is forwarded by PMO to Foreign Affairs department. From the list it was observed that there are many press men who belong to those publications whom we do not know and whose press circulation is very thin .
